- Has MongoDB been the primary database in the last 2-3 projects?
IBM MQ/RabbitMQ/Kafka
- Has the candidate worked on asynchronous systems like IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka?

Java Microservices Dev Lead – Strong microservices experience with Spring Boot implementation and hands-on knowledge and expertise in MongoDB and MQ.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Java and Spring API skills and experience.
- Ability to be self-initiated and take ownership of efforts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product teams and peer developers.
- Senior/lead developer experience is nice to have, especially with mentoring skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are company-wide with broad impact.
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and company-wide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs.
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for business objectives, enterprise technology environments, and technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Make decisions in developing standards and best practices for engineering solutions that require understanding of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Influence and lead technology teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to junior developers.
